I am happy to have this back in repertoire, combined with vitamin D once a week (50,000IU), and Calcium Hydroxyapatite (see my other reviews, also super bioavailable). If you are looking for a Magnesium source that helps you sleep and regulate body functions without the side effects on your gut, this is a standout choice that works great!
